Shrimp, Tomato, and Spinach Pasta with Garlic Butter Sauce

Can you tell I’m trying to finish up my shrimp this week?

Tonight, I made a shrimp, tomato, and spinach pasta in garlic butter sauce. I sautéed the shrimp in butter, olive oil, crushed red pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and lots of salt.

Once the shrimp was done, I threw the spinach and halved grape tomatoes into the same pan.

For the pasta, I added butter, garlic, black pepper, more red crushed pepper, basil, and a mix of mozzarella, provolone, Romano, fontina, and parmesan (it was all in the same bag from Kroger lol).

I’m obsessed with spinach, and something that took me a while to catch on to, is that you should add the spinach one by one or else they’ll form a giant clump!

It took one Seinfeld episode to make. Finally finished all my shrimp!
