Last month I did my first open mic in 2022 at Bold Monk Brewery. I took some time off to grieve the loss of three loved ones, so I was nervous to get back into it.
I’ve been playing with a bit since 2021 about how I think gossip is historically good for society. My problem with this bit, I think, is that I’m giving off “mean girl energy.” I’m going to keep playing with it, though, because I think it has potential.
